Chocolate Fondant Cake - Bestrecipe005


Ingredients: 

– 200g dark chocolate to bake
– 125g of semi-salted butter
– 3 eggs
– 140g of sugar
– 90g of flour

Preparation: 

1) Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.

2) Melt the chocolate and butter in the
microwave. 

3) Beat the sugar with the eggs then add the mixture of
melted chocolate and flour.

4) Pour the dough into a previously baked cake pan
(personally I use the Dieticook baking sheet that
I have had for a very long time and the mold release is perfect!) And bake for
30 minutes of baking. Remove from the oven for a few minutes to cool before
removing from the mold.
