Ingredients of Beetroot Poha

  1. Prepare 11/2 cup of thick variety poha.
  2. Prepare 1 of small onion chopped.
  3. Prepare 1 of small beetroot grated.
  4. You need 1 of medium tomato chopped.
  5. You need 3 tbsp of oil.
  6. It's 1 tsp of mustard seeds.
  7. Prepare 1 tsp of cummin seeds.
  8. You need 1 tsp of snauf.
  9. Prepare 2-3 of green chillies chopped.
  10. It's leaves of Few curry.
  11. You need to taste of Salt.
  12. It's 1/2 of lemon (juice).
  13. You need 1-2 tbsp of roasted peanuts.
  14. You need of Finely chopped fresh coriander leaves to garnish.

Beetroot Poha instructions

  1. Wash and soak poha for 10 minutes. In kadhai add heat oil,add mustard seeds, cummin seeds and snauf. As it splutter,add chopped green chillies, curry leaves and saute for 30 seconds. Add chopped onion and saute for 1 minute..
  2. Add grated beetroot and chopped tomato,add little salt,mix well,cover and cook for few minutes, till vegetables are soft and simmering..
  3. Add soaked poha, little salt, lemon juice. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add roasted peanuts,mix well. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves..
  4. Serve/ Relish Delicious Hot Beetroot Poha with fresh curd..
