Blueberry Spinach Breakfast Smoothie – Bestrecipe005



  • 3 tablespoons old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ¾ cup milk whichever type you prefer
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon optional

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
    Serve immediately.

Nutrition information is for smoothie made with plain
low-fat Greek yogurt and 2% milk.
