  1. You need 1.5 tsp of Cumin Seeds.
  2. It's 1 tsp of Fennel Seeds.
  3. Prepare 1/2 cup of Mint Leaves washed.
  4. It's 1/2 tsp of Black Peppercorns.
  5. You need 1 of Black Cardamom.
  6. It's 1 tsp of Dry Mango powder or Amchur.
  7. Prepare 1 pinch of Asafoetida.
  8. It's 1 tsp of Chat Masala.
  9. It's to taste of Black Salt.
  10. It's 1/4 cup of hot water.
  11. You need 1 tbsp of tightly packed Tamarind.
  12. Prepare 2 cups of Water.
  13. You need 1/4 cup of Boondi.

  1. Soak Tamarind in hot water for some time and then squeeze juice out of it. Add this to all the ingredients mentioned and grind to a smooth chutney. Now add water to this and strain in two serving glasses..
  2. Before doing so, check for any bitterness. Use some more of Dry Mango powder or Amchur. And if not available, then Lemon juice can be used..
  3. Serve this chilled with some Boondi on top. Enjoy!.
