  1. Soak daal in water for one hour.
  2. Boil n drain water.
  3. Heat oil add chopped tomatoes cook until done.
  4. Add daal bhonify with salt red chilli flakes haldi.
  5. Put on steam for ten minutes.
  6. Add qasuri methi garam masala.
  7. Dish out n garnish with green coriander green chillies n onion rings.
