Ingredients of My amazing Keto sorbet!!

  1. You need 2 cups of frozen mango chunks (organic).
  2. It's 1 cup of frozen blackberries (organic).
  3. It's 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk.
  4. You need 1/4 cup of goat yoghurt (optional).

Creamy, tropical, not too sweet, and perfect for summertime. I left out the sugar all together and it was amazing the fruit definitely is sweet enough. Nice little pick me up for me during my university exams. A ridiculously easy keto Mexican chicken soup for the slow cooker.

  1. In a vita mix or a large blender, (or a nutrabullet) blend together frozen mango, blackberries, milk, and yoghurt. Blend until completely smooth.
  2. Enjoy!.
  3. Notes: you will often need to stir this for it to become smooth. Mine took about 30 minutes. Don’t add anymore milk. Just keep stirring it. If it really isn’t working then you will have to add more milk. But not a lot!.

This is the most amazing, simple soup. My Texan husband asks for it all the time. Frozen fruit sorbet is a great way to get kids to eat fresh fruit. This Kiwi Sorbet is a deliciously tart and creamy sweet treat. Making sorbet at home is incredibly easy, even though it sounds fancy.
