Ingredients of Sindhi Saleji

  1. It's of Bhindi half kg remove head n tail.
  2. Prepare of Aalu half two medium size cut like finger chips.
  3. It's of Tomato two big chopped.
  4. It's of Capsicum ek pao cut length wise.
  5. You need of Salt.
  6. Prepare 1 tsp of Zeera crushed.
  7. Prepare of Onion two big cut in slices.
  8. Prepare 1 tbs of Crushed red chilli.
  9. You need 1 tsp of Haldi.

Sindhi Saleji step by step

  1. Heat oil n fry potato bhindi capsicum one by one n keep them in a dish.
  2. Now put little more oil n add tomato zeera red chilli flakes salt n cook until tender.
  3. Now add all vegetables haldi n steam for about twenty minutes until vegetables get tender dont add water*.
  4. Add lemon juice on to the dish for flavor its optional.
  5. Serve with chapati.
